      Re: flexible filler!!

even if i done it out of metal... same problem....
once the metal has been welded on and then the filler is placed over it.. when the doors are slammed shut.. CRACK!

soo theres no real escaping the cracks unless you have a flexible filler, and the metal would weigh more i think..

sooner or later il be a bit better with fiberglass so im planning to remake parts of the car out of fiber glass and replace them with carbon fibre parts.....

um no. if you properly formed and welded correctly, you wouldnt need filler other then to smooth it out. thats what filler is for. filling, not molding.

      example....

its not that, but that build just does not make any sense to me

if all honda cars are race cars, then the aveo might as well be too lol

i would like to see how that honda gaps on the inside. i dont understand the reasoning either. they couldhave stuck with a honda drivetrain.. its not the best method, but it works. it also has more filler in the finish work that and pictures lead you to believe.

the mk4 jetta coupe. the r32 awd drivetrain swap new beetles, jettas etc. are all done in similar fashion. but within platforms. There are S4 swapped corrados, rwd corrados etc that are this innovative. along with millions of cars that are 350, ls1 etc swaps into anything,
