fog light bulb replacement

Hello,

I've searched the boards and have found out that the bulb is 881. However, I couldn't find anything on how to replace the bulb. I have got under the car and found out that one side is covered from the wheel skirt or whatever its called, and one side is exposed. I can disconnect the wiring harness, but the bulb wont twist or pull out. I was wondering if anyone could explain how to I could go about replacing the bulbs, and if there is an easy way to get the wheel skirt out of the way.

They will come out with a twist, look from the front and see which way it has to turn and they are hard to turn. I've had mine out a couple of times.

They should turn counter-clockwise.
