      Lightbulb HID Install

So after waiting for a month for my HID conversion kit, it eventually arrived.

Installing them weer a breeze. The only cutting I did was around the rubber gasket that goes around the stock bulb. I had to make the hole larger to fit the rear end of the HID bulb.

Due to the fact that I didnt install a projector lens, the standard reflectors tend to shoot light all over the place. I cant see this light but it shines up signs as if my brights are on.
The light is relatively focused on the usual spot, but this is to be expected when using a standard reflector with an HID Conversion kit.

I paid $32 for the kit off ebay.

The light intensity is 8000k at 35W but looks more like a 10000k set.

The ballast which can be seen in image 2 is mounted on the middle screw of the headlight as well as the ground for that ballast.
The wiring harness is cable tied along the top of the plastic radiator cover.
