How Do You Remove An OLD Graphics Kit?

Thats pretty much the question. How do you remove an OLD graphics kit, its as old as my car now, since 2006, it has lasted almost 13 years. It is now starting to show cracking and fading. And I would like to put on a bolder kit.
My paint is in great condition, no dead clearcoat, or anything like that. I assume under the graphics the paint will be much darker, so I will want to cover up as much of it as possible with a new kit.
But how do I remove the old one, without damaging my clearcoat/paint?
If the hot Fla. sun hasn't removed it in 13 years, what will remove it?

With a hair dryer and patience you can remove it, and alcohol to remove the remaining adhesive.
