Re: Installation of Razzi or Duraflex Ground effect Aveo bodykit
Yes. These are stock fog light.
Actually the original bumper is still inside (both the front and rear bumper). The bodykit simply stick to it, for me using some black super sticky silicon, and 3M double sided tapes. The bumpers are also secured with 2 nuts at each side of the bumper under the wheel arch. Its screwed to the original bumper.
Similarly, the side skirts is screw (2 each side) on front and rear wheel arch. Original mud guard got to be taken out.
Parts of the bumper got to be cut away (center lower part) as the body kit bumper will hit it. The fog light are still mounted to original bumper. So no modification is needed. However, some parts of the new lip kit or skirts need to be retrimmed and smoothen eg. at the fog light hole, side skirts.
Question about this kit. Wont all those fake vents actually slow down the car? When the air goes in, it creates drag because there is no actual vent there. Or am i wrong?
