yes, i beleive thats a rip.
actually i got them yesterday and they are like plastic i think well it looks like plastic cause they match the tailights perfectly
these just look like stock headlights painted black, they MAY be legit but you never know with ebay, better use that paypal to be safe.
ya ill take a picture once i get my hids put in theyshould be here tomorrow
