      not sure if some has wrote about this but how dark should I tint my head n tail lights IS 30% TO DARK OR? THANK U.

      This depends on your local laws, and your tastes.

      The best way to find out if it's legal in your area is to ask around. A friendly officer, or a vehicle inspector. A local tuning or accessories shop should also know. If you can remove or redo your work, trial and error might be fun.

      From what I know, new york is pretty strict on their inspections... But over here in WA it's illegal to tint the headlights (unless it's a clip-on tint that you remove before it gets dark), and as far as the tail lights go, I think any tinting is illegal here (that's what the nite-shade can will tell you, for off road use only), but they don't seem to care about that much...

      Well in NY the law says you cannot tint any lights on the car, but most shops will pass it as long as the lights still work and can be seen. From my own experiance anyways
