As much as it increases safety in front of you, think of all the drivers swerving not to rear end you because your drls are all you leave on because you can already see in the dark..

If you cant see a moving car, then you should not have a license. There are times where it increases visibility, but not those times should be when the drivers tuns the lights on themselves.

Having your lights on all the time "looks" dumb.

I agree with rabbit. It drives me insane being in a car with automatic headlights, because I don't know if my lights are on or not in certain lighting conditions. DRL's should be a light that attracts attention to your vehicle, without lighting the road in front of you at all. Otherwise they are dangerous.

My lights kept burning out on me. They werent lasting more than a month or 2. Then I replaced both at the same time, even though only one was out. I have been running good now for over a year, with the cheap'os!

I tried Silver star light bulbs in my car they were no better than the cheap bulbs and they only lasted two and a half months. I just buy the cheap GE 9003 light bulbs for the car and they last 9 to 12 months And I run A paper route Six days a week including sunday mornings. I learned my lesson when I tried to put a High end bulb in the car and it made it brighter but it went out a whole lot faster. Save your money and buy cheap ones.

Amen to that brother besides I get flashed alot with just the stock lights that came in my 05 and 10 aveos. I hate those wild eye rides that seem to be adjusted to point everywhere and hope those who have modified their headlights realize if you blind someone and they hit you head on if you survive you will be legally responsible for all the damages you cause.
