I'm sure it can, it just takes some work to get the cord hidden behind panels and stuff, then you gotta figure out how to connect the thing.
"If I parked a T-72 tank in my back yard, aimed the cannon towards Mexico, and muttered something
about protecting my village from an invasion, the police would show up and probably haul me away."

The antenna is held in by a panel washer and a bolt under the roof panel i believe, at least that how all other rof mounted antenas are. Then you will have to fill the large hole, or find some sort of cap and RTV it so it will not leak.
id rather just leave it, its not creating enuff drag to worry about, not heavy at all, and its just to much work for what you gain. plus now you are gonna get crummy radio signal. unless its really the look you want and have to have, i would suggest just leavin it alone.
You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.
I shaved mine
didn't bother to replace it though hehe
