If i did bright HIDs it shouldnt affect my visibility too much

Its your car, you can do what you want. But, these guys are right. You'll likely get a ticket sooner or later.

Joey mod is where you paint the insides black but not the reflection parts or lense.

You can do the joey mod AND the nice bright HIDs... with blacked out lights I actually noticed reduced glare in mine, since the part that's blacked out usually reflects light too, but doesn't direct it to the road, just disperses it everywhere...

So you'll get best of both worlds...

those are legit, do they make them for the tail? cuz ive found them on ebay, but they're LED so i dont want to go through with it yet
