Same way that you do the headlamps. Just keep a close eye on them. http://www.aveoclub.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=865

      as a said already.

it does NOT work like that.

you have to CUT them and GLUE them back together. they are NOT the same as headlights.

99% of taillights are like this.
so there is 1%chance you can put it in the oven.
the 04-06 lights you have to cut them so id imagine the same for the 07

Taillight lenses on average, are plastic welded to the housing. This means a Dremel with a cutting wheel, or alot of patience with a heated Exacto knife to separate them from the housings.

well i have the patience, so i guess i will just have to figure out which way i want to go with it. but that will have to wait for now- someone hit my back bumper this morning and took a couple nice chunks of plastic out so i need to figure out what im gonna do about that first. i hate people- no one has any respect for other peoples property.

hit and run??? or were u there? what a bitch! id do the hot exacto knife way, it may take longer but i bet it would be a better way to do it.
You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

i will probably do the hot exacto knife just because i will have more control over it and my poor car doesn't need any more damage done to it.

and it wasn't a hit and run- this prick actually did it in front of my house when he parked behind my car on the street- and LEFT IT THERE!!!!
i know who it is though- so i will handle it accordingly. i don't take that dort of disrespect well . oh- and someone else hit my back bumper last night too. i handled them well enough. i wonder the best way to fix that bumper now though.........
