Trailer Hitch for 2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS Hatchback

Does anyone make a trailer hitch for a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS Hatchback? I'm thinking about purchasing a Fat Bike and I need a way of transporting it to far places. I see that Thule makes a Fat Bike loader for the trailer hitch.

And here is the kit for that kit for Fat Bikes

Unless there's a Fat Bike carrier for the roof. Then I could just put it on my Aero Bars.

Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver (Hidden:1.25 inch) 11306 [11306] - $119.95 : The Hitch Store, Trailer Hitches Online

So I've found this. It says that it's for an Aveo5 but my Aveo is just an Aveo LS. Doesn't say 5 on it. Would it work?

is yours a hatchback? if not then its not an aveo5. 5 is for 5 door. No one makes one for the sedans as far as i know.

My car is an Aveo LS Hatchback but I've seen other hatchbacks driving around and the rear emblem says "Aveo5". My one just says "Aveo LS"

Like I said, a hatchback is an aveo5. You have an aveo5. Chevy moved to actually putting the 5 after Tue word aveo in 2007 iirc

Ok. Thank you! So if I got the hitch, will it be close to the ground, right under the bumper like in this video?

I would hate it if the bike rack scraps on speed bumps because the hitch is low.

So I'm ready to purchase now. I'm thinking about buying the top one because it looks like it has more reviews on it than the other ones. Any feedback from you guys about these ones? Which manufacture should I go with?

I think you have found a decent hitch. I think mine is similar. I don't have any pictures handy of the hitch itself. Here is a picture showing the hitch on the car.

      Here is my install advice:
      1) remove the plastic bumper cover. It helps.
      2) You will have to drill some holes into the actual bumper. So have a drill and the right size bit handy.
      3) I like using the underneath bike carrier (the one that holds the wheels instead of the frames) and if I carrying one bike, I can at least open the hatch.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

Thank you! I'm wondering if the hitch will scrap against speed bumps since it's so low. Will it?

No problems! I have not lowered my car (at this time . But even if I had it lowered there is enough clearance under the car. The biggest issue is having a bike rack and having that scrap over bumps.
