      Two tone fender vents

      Just finished painting the two tone fender vents

      Inside "grille" painted white


      Outside "vent" painted black


      Both together

      On the fenders, I see that along the front bumper is a bunch of holes. Are there screws/bolts there, or clips? Or nothing at all? I'm sure I found all the other stuff (anything seeable, in other words). I just can't get the fender out. Or am I supposed to give it a good, firm tug?
