and there's the fun part in getting it to work. Alot of people said that lambo doors couldn't be done to a 1995-1999 Chevy Monte Carlo either because the doors were too heavy, the hinges would normally break, the door would fall and crush the frame totaling the car. But fitting beefier hinges fixed the problem (granted they have to be industrial grade, but still). I'm sure with enough supporting beams welded in the pillar, the Aveo could support such a small and lightweight door.besides. The Aveo could use a bit more structural integrity
Have at it... Post pics when you're done... j/k ... I wouldn't bother with that, that would only add a whole lot more weight just to open your door some other way... IMO that's not worth it, but to each their own...
Not worth it to me either. I was making a point. If you want to put on "unique" doors. Be UNIQUE and customize it in a way no one else can copy.
