If I wanted to do custom doors on an Aveo, suicide and lambo doors would be far from my mind. I'd go for butterfly doors :D

The frame of the door around the glass is way too weak to support that...
and there's the fun part in getting it to work. Alot of people said that lambo doors couldn't be done to a 1995-1999 Chevy Monte Carlo either because the doors were too heavy, the hinges would normally break, the door would fall and crush the frame totaling the car. But fitting beefier hinges fixed the problem (granted they have to be industrial grade, but still). I'm sure with enough supporting beams welded in the pillar, the Aveo could support such a small and lightweight door.besides. The Aveo could use a bit more structural integrityQuote:
