      fake leather, leatherette...
      im confused about them tho...
some say they are easier to maintain and less hastle than real leather... and dont crack ect ect...

yet somewere els i read the opposite..

however i havnt had a SINGGLLLEEE problem apart from them gettin dirty...
and they have been in use since early 2008 when i brought them...
and they have been xposed to hooottt days been sitting in my drive for months in the car without the doors being opened cos my gear box went...
      no problemoo's

That's why there are reviews that its better than leather. And any material would get dirty if it's white.

i wasnt sure about that.. a few said to me its useless and a few said its better.. i was stuck in the middle :S and thought i just got lucky with my seats to be honest..
but if i did want to look after them as such like maintain them... are there any chemicals for it? or anything good for the material?

      hey m33vl~
i have installed lambo doors! i kno what u mean when the door almost hits u in the face.!! haha
but as far as moterized doors. i think u have 2 buy the shocks less powerful.
and the actuators are gonna push up the door!

ahhh damn i was hoping the motorized mechanisim would control it somehow and keep it calm rather than some rapid wild movement... siighhh!!!!! i gota pay like another 200 dollars for new shocks.. HOWW DUMB!!

      Re: Vertical Doors

I say take care of engine / transmission swap first (or at least transmission so your car is running) and then plan it out and take care of the rest. Car does you no good if it's sitting in the garage with a busted transmission and motorized lambo doors.

      Re: Vertical Doors

why not take out the shocks (700# is more than most doors weigh anyhow) and replace them with speed controlled actuators?
