that is one thing honda does well, sell "high powered" cars to younger people, besides having no torque anyways, people look at decent horsepower numbers and think its an amazing, though that number will never be reached while driving to begin with, and no power is made anyways until 6000rpm and upwards, i thought hondas never broke down lol, your friend must have a fake honda, engine must have been made in america or something

Thanks! I prefer my cars to have similar HP and TQ ratings (usually within 10 points of each other. exceptions only made for higher torque engines) . I prefer my cars to have the powerband end at around 7,000 RPM.... not start.
Keep trying Honda. Your failure makes me lol.

Always have been anti-import. I just dislike Honda/Acura the most. The only thing I'll say is Honda can make a good looking car but that's it.

That guy said that when you buy a chevy, you have a %40 something percent chance of it failing, and you have like 100% reliable car if you get a honda... he's not around anymore to tell his story though...

LOL! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard. All of my friends have made fun of Honda cars. The one friend who doesn't knows nothing about cars and wants a civic only because it's cute. The rest of us are fully informed. Let's see... Highly stressed import engine where above 7,000 rpm it sounds like it's saying "please kill me", or a lazy domestic engine putting out similar power at far lower RPMs? I'll take the domestic. I think the maximum any street car should rev to is 7,750. The less stress on the motor, the better the reliability.

did aveorob really leave? I like all cars, but some owners of several companys such as honda are sad in my opinion, hondas are decent but you would be shot by some of them if you say that thier car may have a problem with it, silly really. Well, besides, 98% of everyone seems to dislike of hate the aveo anyways lol, but damn, did he really leave the fourm?
