Harrisburg is a **** hole if we are being honest.

Better than Philly, I have lived there as well. Longer there than Harrisburg. I have also lived in Pittsburgh, and I am in love with that city.
Just don't try driving in Pittsburgh and you're fine
Hahahaha.... it is an old ass city with roads still setup from coal trucks and steel workers driving around and the street layouts in some part of pittsburgh are a JOKE. Plus the roads are falling apart. But hey, it gives the place character.
I did find out today that the guy that was selling me the aveo had to reschedule and would have to wait till next week to meet up to look at the car, and I simply can't wait that long with a new born and a job and what not SOOO... no Aveo for me. I did, on the other hand, find a nice MK3 VW Golf owned by a guy that works at the VW dealer in State College, PA, so it is mint and completely stock other than the CD player. Soooo... I am moving on to another small car with a little better aftermarket support. lol.
The difference in aftermarket support between the aveo and golf is like the difference between spike tv and lifetime.
Yes. No joke. I have been looking and it is about as good as a Civic, which is crazy. I am happy about it though haha.
vw has way more stuff than a civic, VW is a better car than a honda, and the swaps are easy too..
i daily my aveo around pittsburgh, you get used to it.
have fun with the VW, i wonder if i know the mechanic.
It is a nice change in scenery. I am used to American cars like Jbodies (Sunfire/Cavalier) and Cobalts which both have **** support. Other than ZZP for my SS, boy did I love ZZP.
Do you still have a VW rabbit? And do you know much about the mk3s? I have some questions about it.
i know a lot about vws. i know one of the top 100 vw techs in the world, and some of the best in the state. I still own a few vws. but they shuffle through. But my family still has about 8 vw currently.
almost all you need to know can be found on vwvortex.com
Yeah I found vwvortex and VWowners or something like that, and vortex is def. better. The only thing is, I don't see a lot of people with build threads, but maybe I just need to get used to the site. The classifieds on there are crazy though, CONSTANTLY has parts flowing in and out of there.
