I installed a sunpro tach a long time ago, but i cant seem to find any diagrams or any threads to figure out how to hook it up right
Any ideas?

There should be a tac wire going into your coil. Idk about the aveo, but that what I had to do on my s10. Check the wires and use a volt meter, should the numbers jump when you rev it up that's your tac wire.

ok ill have to try that
that wont necessarily work for your coil pack, i think you need ground power and tach signal right? so get ground and power in the dash fuse box, and a ground bolt somewhere. and then jump the signal wire to the tach behind the fuse panel to the instrument cluster.
I got my tach signal from the plug that goes from the coil pack, distributor whatever u call it, the damn thing where the spark plug wires are lol
