Android Head Unit

Hello there!

I have a stock head unit that seems faulty. Plays for a couple seconds, goes mute for couple seconds, repeat.

I was planning on replacing it with one of those android head units but I didn't want one that simply looked like a giant tablet. So I found a few that listed to be compatible with Avalanche/Tahoe/Silverado, but not Aveo. Thing is, the dimension and bolting looks reaaaaally similar.

Has anyone tried any of those? Any reason for it not to work?
