      Aveo 2011 Radio bracket

      Hi guys and girls.

I have an Aveo 2011 which was just broken into. They ripped out the dash board to steal the radio as well as my school bag, my girl friends medication (she has kidney failure) and my amp with my subs. Now these assholes also took the mounting bracket for the radio along with them. Does anybody know where i can get 1?

That sucks, the same thing happened to but they broke in by the front passenger windows and took my purse but had make-up in it and the iPod somehow they didn't touch the radio though. Best option check eBay, I'm pretty sure they have kits for yur Aveo.

I found the bracket at my local GM dealer. Does anybody know how i can secure my subs in my boot? Im getting a new front loader now with a 3100watt 2 channel amp and 2 x 12" ICE Power 1600watt subs

if you ubolt the box through the floor and reinforce the box so it does not break, they will destroy your stuff but not get it..

depends on how you look at it, and how insurance works there, here stolen is almost better than broken in aftermarket if you have the receipts etc. But broken PROVES it was not insurance fraud.

I was thinking about bolting the subs right down onto the floor of the boot and using a special lock nut screw on my amp (bolted on the back of the sub). Oh insurance only covered my school bag and my gfs meds and her limited addition bag (worth $900 not including the meds or the clothes, just the bag), They are only playing out +- $250 in total. In rands, the total amount stollen was R15000, in dollars thats about $2000.

Insurance is a bitch, but hey, atleast im getting a new window, IN 10 DAYS, since no one stocks Aveo windows in South Africa. **** i hate this country.
