should be straight forward... undo a couple of bolts, remove.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.
under neath the front lip of the bench seat are two bolts holding down two metal hinges (the ones it use when you fold it down then up) after you undo those bolts, just fold the seat down, then flip forward...it shouldbe all unlatched now and you just have to shimmy it out
Ok what about the seat backs? Bolts holding them in place as well?

The backseat is a 1 piece thing, just do as Sam said and it comes out in 1 piece. Good luck (it weights about 90 pounds)

Update... the hatch backseat weighs only like 45-50 lbs. and requires only the removal of 4 bolts. The two upper latch points undo when you unlatch the seat to fold down, the rear two points open when you pull the black plastic thingies to fold the seat up, and then you just have the four bolts in the front to deal with.
Where are the other two bolts? I undid the ones in the front of the bench..
