      lol I did remove the parts but the center does not separate into 3 parts, its one big piece and I only needed the sides of it to be painted

      Remove these thing first from the side shown. Use a flat screwdriver and pry them off carefully, the clips on the back tend to break.


      Next you wanna get this circled screw and the one on the other side.


      The top part you have to pull up and toward you. It should look like this when its off.


      Remember to disconnect the harnesses to the hazard light switch and the fogs if you have it.

      I have the other question..
      I tried to remove the vent/temprature console's cover but I failled
      How did you do for remove the lights?
      I saw the clips between white plastic and black cover, do I have to remove from here?
      (I know I should take a picture but my cellphone's battery was empty x_x )
