CB anyone?

There finally put the CB in my car, I have a cheapo antenna in the hatch until I get the beast. Should do decent for now.

Finally got a nice antenna, Wilson 5000. I put it on and thought to myself jeeze that's over kill so I gave my dad the wilson 5000 coil in exchange for his wilson 1000 coil. There isn't much of a different except the size of the coil is half that of the 5000. Since it's on a car I don't really want an enormous antenna anyway. I got the antenna from my buddy and he even gave me a CB too, one better than mine, so I'll be returning the one I just bought and using the money to get an amp or something.

Here's a picture of the cb inside, I'll try to get a picture of the antenna... but just imagine a wilson 1000 antenna on the back of the roof.

like I said in the other thread, I'll try to get some soon lol. I'm probably going to get a cb antenna amp too. Maybe a 100 watt one so I can reach something like 70 miles if need be, obviously it would not be on everytime I use my cb..

Very nice. Do you use it as a police scanner then? The only suggestion is to maybe hide the wires behind the interior panels for aesthetic purposes?
