Changing Dashboard Light Color?

Awesome, I've always wanted to do this to my aveo, I had fully LED converted 95 Camaro that I really miss So LED lighting has always been my thing. I'm confused, I have the 07 Sedan with the new style cluster, is there a green film in that with bulbs I can change? Or just green "condoms" ? I may wanna go blue but if I can get purple blacklight working that would be pretty sweet as well. Seems these clusters aren't as advanced as I thought they were lol

Alright, Thanks Most of what I see on these forums is for the older dash/the Aveo5.

just noticed that doesn't include the dash, i'll have to get wolf to edit it, move a list to the interior.

I will probably get bored and disassemble it tomorrow, but does anyone have pics of thie style cluster removed? That list is still useful though, I will be doing lots of LED's when I can lol.

anyone know how to remove the hvac controls? i took the screws out but the panel wont move enough for me to access the lights.

Are you able to change the Green? My Husband told me it's not just Bulbs to change the color of the cluster on a 2010 Aveo5? Not sure if he just said that so I will not make him change the color!!!? Help anybody? Can't stand that green color it comes with!!!!!!

I got a 06 Aveo. I just got my led blue lights in the mail. It's the 194 style. They fit the speedo, tach, fuel and temp gauges. The really small ones fit the hvac unit and the odo. I didn't order those or even know if they sell them in blue led. Anybody have any idea's?

For the 06, you need type 74 bulbs for the temperature controls. They do make them. I had amber ones in mine.
