I noticed your Pontiac Wave has a Chevrolet emblem in the steering wheel. Did it come new that way?Originally Posted by gsills

That's not actually his car, it's just a pic he got online to show us the general area. Notice no blemish on the dash? If that was it I'd say quit crying like a baby cuz I dont see anything lol.

OK, so I'm a bit slow...

haha thanks for the ideas
with nos im sure i would get another 20 hp and be able to climb up high grade hills.
as for the dash that area is a nice grey color like the lower part of the dash...
im thinking of trying to mix up some paint but the trick is to find some and then mix it to make that color.....
if you go to a shop that has dupont, they make a nice interior vinyl paint that you mix on the auto paint mixer..
that mean unlimited tintablity, and a nice match.. go for a medium gloss, unless you like to slime the interior with armourall. then high gloss ( i personally use a 50/50 mix of low and medium.. )
Haha I slime my interior with Armorall lol. I usually go back over it when I'm done with a terry cloth so it's shiny but not wet looking.Originally Posted by petrified.rabbit

i can't stand that stuff. the dealer i painted cars for used it, it was like they dipped the car in it.
i always told them if they want something painted do it before the detail. but they never listen.
sitting in some of those cars it was like they made the interior out of a greased pig, the steering wheel slipped through your hand so it was hard to steer, and if you stopped you would slide off the leather seats.. not to mention if i actually got in one, the cars i painted for the rest of the day looks like a school of fish staring at you.
