      Door Panel Insert ???

Does anyone know where to buy the cloth inserts for the drivers side door? IF we CAN buy inserts, to replace them ,or do we have to buy all new inside door panels?
I'm talking about the half circle of fabric on the door, at least in the 2006 model. I have the dark grey fabric. I have tried to clean it with fabric cleaner, it just makes it look worse. It is worn out in 2 places from years of lightly pushing on it with my arm to open the door.
Does the fabric section come out, can it be pried off and ANY kind/color fabric be put in its place? Or do i have to buy a new inside door panel, to make it look nice and new again? THAT would be the Chevy way, with this car, it seems.

Well hello there. As I'm sure you know by now, your car isn't really a Chevy anyway! It's designed by Italdesign and produced by Daewoo.

The door inserts are unfortunately non-removeable from my experience; the entire inner door is one plastic panel held on by four screws in the front doors and three in the back, along with plastic clips.

You can pry it off, but you are going to be gluing it back down

Can fabric be applied over the fabric that is on it? Or can that fabric be pulled off? If that section can be pulled off and has to be glued back on, it is like a flat backing, so glue can be put all over the back, or is it only the rim that gets glue onto it t o hold it down?

That the fabric I have, a would like to replace it with, the same, but if I can replace it with another fabric, more plush or a different color.

You can peel off the existing fabric and replace it with whatever you want. Use the old piece as a template, cover the new piece completely with spray adhesive and re-attach it to the panel.
