      Driver side lock cylinder missing!

I recently bought a 2005 Chevy Aveo Hatchback and the driver side lock cylinder is missing. I took the door panel off and looked and looked inside the door and there is no trace of it. Just a hole and I don't see a rod or bolt that hooks on to it. I got the replacement lock cylinder in today but I'm fixing to bolt or super glue the lock cylinder into the handle. What puzzles me tho is how does it hook into the rods that lock and unlock the door? For the life of me I looked at the inner workings inside the door and I don't see a rod or something that hooks into the lock cylinder to make it lock and unlock. I may have to take apart the passenger side door to do some comparison. Any one has pictures of how it's suppose to connect together? Thanks!

Just remove the door panel on the passenger side and copy
