Dumb Amp....need input

so i have this 2800 watt amp and everything was working fine till about a week ago... i hook up all my friends systems and they all work fine but my amp shoots into protect sometimes... i triple checked all my wires and there all fine and today when i turned on my car and turned up the radio the amp started smoking a S@#T load so i dunno if anybody knows some trick to get it to not jump into protect or if i didn't check something but i duuno and its pissin me off cause i have top of the line stuff and now this amp is acting up...somebody please tell me whats goin on haha

id say, if the amp was smokin, its time to get a new amp. dunno whats wrong, but a smokin amp aint right.

that reminds me maybe i should put my mtx thunder amp,and kenwood kicker box on ebay that i used to have in my old k5 blazer.

get an mtx thunder amp if ya can. they released the jackhammer amps and I hear they're not good.
if you can't get that, try kicker amps they seem ok.

It can be repaired (usually) but if you want to have your music back in a timely manner, you should look to get another amplifier. Holla at me I can get you a great price on a quality amp that you will meet and exceed your expectations.
