Long time since I've been on here but I've lurked and lurked on google and cant find a how to on how to take out the factory stereo in my 2008 sedan lt, do you guys know how or can someone post a how to.

Also, I've looked on ebay but cant seem to find a bracket for the stereo to sit in and a harness i know its the METRA 3306 but I'm not sure, so can one of you broskies tell me the way of the audio??

The receiver i got is the Kenwood eXcelon KDC-x494
