Have a G3 5 door. Have questions

The interior of my G3 (SE trim) has silver/Crome accents and I wanted to know if there's somewhere I can get replacements or a good way to touch them up, some parts have spots on them looks like paint or something and I've tried everything to get it off and I can't , looks like its part of the plastic
