High Output Alternator / Extra Battery

Hi Everyone,

I used to have two Kicker 12" Comp's in the trunk of my hatchback Aveo5, and they hit nice and hard but took up the whole trunk and my back seats wouldn't lock in place because the enclosure was too large. To remedy this, I bought a SoundQubed HDC3.110 10" 1500W RMS subwoofer, and built a new enclosure for this sub. I also installed a Rockford Fosgate R1200.1 amplifier. However, the amp keeps turning off. When the engine is off, the sub makes occasional noises because the amp isn't getting enough power. With the car on, I have to keep the RPM's high to have the sub at any reasonable level, but I can't bump at all like I used to do with the low-power Kickers. The headlights make it worse, and they dim a lot when I have the volume up. What type of HO alternator can I buy? I think I want to buy an XS Power D4800 AGM power cell battery to deliver 3000 amps max, but I need a HO alternator to recharge the battery. ANyone have any experience or advice on this? How much will it cost me?

what kind of wiring are you using? the wiring is more important than your amp and battery. If you are having these issues, the higher amp and battery aren't going to solve it.
