Great How-to ChevyCC!!! I'm keeping this for future use.
...still working well since fix a month ago.

Last week, I started getting the clock resetting. So I performed the fix. Hopefully I got all the solder spots. If not, I'll give it another shot. But going solid for almost a week now. Thanks again ChevyCC.
I've had to do this before on a '96 Accord fuel relay. I'm glad I didn't have to take half the dash apart to get it out. :-p
Any idea if those indicator bulbs behind the clock are actually replaceable, and if so, what part number they are? My ABS Warning light bulb is actually missing, and I'm trying to figure out if I can simply replace it or if I need to replace the whole clock unit (Secondary Information Center). I can't find any reference to these bulbs online or find any information from anyone who has replaced them.
Another clock, check engine light fixed. I had a code indicating the MIL circuit was faulty. I think the code was P0650.
I added some vent holes to the back side of the clock because it looked as if the circuit boards got hot several times. Nine 1/8" holes near the hot area were simple to drill.
