Question How to tap LED lights into courtesy lights

I would like to install LED lights into the foot wells of my 2007 Aveo5 ls. I would like them to come on and off with my dome light. I really don't want to install a switch. I have searched the forum but cant find a straight answer on how to do this. Pictures and Feed back would be great. Thanks!

The "hold" button? I thought that locks the car in a certain gear.

Ok I did not say consol. I said center Piler the post at the door ( at the center of the car If you take of the inner panel find the wire clip tie in to it. the rubber push button that the door closes on. ( where the tire size tag is but up higher you will see a small rubber flattish button).

Domelight supervision wire is what you are looking for.

Shows 12 volts when all doors are shut and goes to ground when a door is opened. To utilize this you can get a SPDT relay, wire it up to reverse polarity and turn on your led lights.

      85: ground, 86: domelight wire, 30: 12v, 87: 12v output to leds
