HVAC white overlay

i just received it it today from user Loose
and i put it away because the weather is really bad out there today
but then as soon as the wind and rain died down i went right away in the car to put it in
here's how it looks

I can't ge tthe links to open. If you are referring to the control knobs for your heating and cooling ie, what is in trempus's picture then it's right in the link i posted.
