Its hard for me to find the high heat clear coat, so I have never used it on engine parts. the only other thing i painted were worn rims on my buddies Neon, but that had a special clear coat.

I have a spare plastic piece that goes around the clock. I was going to use it for an armrest project, but if you need one, send me yours and I'll trade for my unpainted one.
Also, who would be interested in having their plastics either color-chromed (color matching chrome plating), chromes, or carbon fiber/silver carbon overlayed?? I ask because I have access to these finishes if you are interested.
how did i get my caps off?? i dont understand what pieces ur talking about...and i got my pedals form apc...they are out of business now but they did have blue...sorry man ill gladly answer ne questions jes point to what ur talking about

How many of you actually paint you interior pieces such loud colors? This makes it look like a fisher price toy or something.
