      Interior LED Lights.

Hello Aveo Forum! Just bought my Aveo yesterday and so far I am loving it. I have always wanted to put some LED lights on the interior of my car but have never had a car worth investing some money into! I am looking at something like this kit from LEDGlow. However I can't find a decent tutorial on how to wire them up to a fuse. I would love to have them turn on when I open the car door or something similar. I am a COMPLETE n00b when it comes to car wiring. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can run the wires out to the battery and install a switch on it (I had bought one that plugged into the 2 12v volt power sources in the and wired them directly into it, a lot of different ways to do it.

If you get LED lights, the easiest way (not kidding) is to use fuse taps. They plug into a fuse in your fuse box, and then have a spot for the fuse that you put the fuse tap into, and it has a positive wire lead that runs off of it, also with a fuse attached to it. From there, just run the wire to the lights, then ground them. I have two neon(switching to LED soon) bars under my dashboard so it lights up the floormats. Looks great, and if you wire them to a constant source of power, you could even leave them on when you leave your car, since they don't draw much power at all.

Looks good, I miss all of my green neons sometimes...well not really

The best thing about those lights is when you drop something on the floor at night, you can always find it.

I love them, and they're easy to remove so I can easily put them in a new car, plus, I get so many looks at night

They were just regular SMD's. it was like the stock bulb but in place of incandescent part, its led.
