      interior lighting

      So i a have a slight problem but cant seem to figure out what it is. i have an '06 aveo hatch and When i open the driver door the interior lights have like a 5 to 10 second lag time on turning on but it only happens with that door all of the others will turn the lights on automatically. could anybody give me suggestions on what could be wrong.

      check the button that is depressed in the door jamb, make sure it isnt sticking or anything, just a suggestion.

      i agree, check that button to see it has been damaged or sticking, after that im not sure what else would be the cause.
