I had those Light Tubes/Neons in my Probe. had them in Blue originally, then switched out to Red... Don't have pics but I liked them...

      What I did...

      Needed Supplies:
      1.) Neon Light Tubes
      2.) Single Throw Toggle Switch
      3.) 14ga 2-Conductor Wire
      4.) Inline Fuse
      5.) Female Quick-Disconnects
      6.) Battery Terminal Connector (optional)
      7.) Wire Crimps/Cutters/Strippers
      8.) Drill

      Instructions:
1.) Remove seats, Screw Tubes into floorboard.
2.) Cut off Cigarette Adapters. You will see that one wire is clear and the other will have a white stripe (ground).
3.) Mount the toggle switch wherever you want. I mounted mine near the bottom of the dash so it's easily accessible and out of view.
4.) Splice all POWER wires from the Neon Tubes into one female disconnect for the (+) section of the toggle switch (depending on your mounting location, it may be necessary to extend the wiring).
5.) Repeat for all GROUND wires and connect to a ground on the chassis. Also run a GROUND from the toggle switch (-) post to the chassis if equipped with a GROUND terminal. Can be ground to same location as wiring if desired.
6.) Now crimp a female connector on a long piece of wire, and attach it to the (12v Lead) section of the toggle switch. Where you want to draw power from determines the length of wire needed. I drew power directly from the battery so I needed about 5 feet of wire for this. Put the inline fuse in line right after the battery or power source of your choosing. This way if something happens you won't burn up your lights or toggle switch.
7.) Turn them on a watch them glow!

sounds good. except i would probably want to wire it all directly tothe interior fuse box with its own designated fuse just for simplicity and well professionalism.

i kno its extra work but hey i kno itd look great afterwards

just one question to do this i would have to run another power cable from the battery right?? or can i just splice into a 12V somewhere?

i took out the peice of plastic on the side, bottom by the door and drilled couple holes, inserted lights, and boom, done. i am not sure what the peice of ploastic is called but it goes along the entire bottom by where the door meets the inside of the car and extends up towards the dash. i also took out the lil cubby under the stereo and drilled three holes there and inserted the lights in there. then i wired them up to the stereo so if i want them off all i do is turn the stereo off. (thats only if i go to WI tho.) otherwise they stay on all the time. i can try and get a better pic tonite, we will see.

You can tap into anywhere... but running to the battery will keep from cutting the factory wiring harness...

Mike, that sucks that you have to turn your stereo off to get the lights off though...

here are some up close pics, they kind of suck but u can see how the lights are done up. id take these over clumsy bulky light tubes any day, but thats all opinion. anyways, enjoy:

this ones a bit fuzzy, but again u can see how the lights are mounted.

do keep in mind that these are blue lights but the flash kind of overpowered them.
