Just don't worry about the little clips that hold everything together. Broke one when changing the hvac bulbs. They are about 25cents each, but you have to get packs of 10 (I had to anyway). Now I have 9 remaining. :P
Is anything bolted or is it all snap together?
pretty much all snap from what I saw on the diagrams at the dealership. Told me most of it is held with the same clips...The rest is probably bolted down (i.e. The cluster for the gauges). The pillars are snapped in also. I removed them to install wires that go from the dome light so that more things light up when I open the doors or flick the switch.
the gauges are screwed in i tried to unscrew them but they wouldnt budge for me...but i didnt try to hard.
They are bolted, but there is one snap clip at the back, all you have to do is lift up a little and it should unsnap.

Yeah removing the interior components is cake if you take your time. As mentioned above the replacement clips are cheap. The guage cluster cover needs to be unscrewed from the front, then the face plate can be removed. Front dash pieces such as HVAC frame also just unclips. As for prep work clean everything with alcohol well to removed any solvents or whatnot from piece then prime it and so forth. Good luck
Thanks guys!
