@tidus10, so you just replaced the bulb with an LED bulb for the dome light? Or did you replace the entire dome? Do you do it for athestics? Like just a different color or to get more light?

additional lighting.. kept the dome light factory (put an orange film over it) and ran all the wires out of sight and the dome light turns on and also turns on all the LED bars around my car..

So they work with the switch

I expect that using led light bulbs for interior lighting will require rethinking some assumptions about
lighting in general and light fixtures in specific.
