what exactly did the $640 cover?
They used parts of the stock brackets and combined that with the custom brackets that they fabricated, took about 8 hours. So they pretty much did everything from assembling the seat to complete install.
looks good, are you able to use your stock seat belts ??? if so how/pic

yes, the stock seat belts remain, i haven't had a chance to look at them as i am out of town right now.
