I didn't realize it stuck out that far. I would definitely cut it off if you don't plan on putting the armrest back on.

Lol I know! It was like that when I bought the car, I don't even know how to put the arm rest back on, there is some sort of piece missing, but I think I will cut it but was going to see if there was something I could attach to the peice sticking out, like to use it as something to hold the piece of "trim" on just not sure how yet

is there room? lol

Maybe not with a new console in there lol
