      A pillar carbon fiber wrap

I'm sure this has been done or something along the lines but I am going to wrap my A Pillars in carbon fiber wrap, I'll post before and after pics when finished!

Sounds good. Looking forward to some pics. A DIY write up would be really cool if you can spare the time to take a few more pics.

So I have finished wrapping the pillars, I took some before and after shots. What you will need if you are interested in doing this is, soap and water, carbon fiber wrap, a box knife and a hair dryer.

First you will need to pull down the rubber moulding around the inside of the door, the edge of pillar will be exposed and you then just pop it out. Same process goes for the passenger side.

Next you clean the pillars with soap and water and dry with a microfiber cloth.

Next you will cut the amount of wrap you need for each pillar. You will then peel back the wrap and apply to the pillar covering from one end to the other. Use the hair dryer to apply heat allowing you to stretch the wrap around the pillar. Cut off any excess material.

Snap the pillars back into place along with the rubber moulding and your done!

I will post the pics once I get onto my computer.

Not hard at all... Pull down the rubber moulding around the inside of the door and pull out the pillar!! They just clip in.
