Does anyone know the part number for the front interior plastic pillars (the ones with the tweeter housing molded in)? I'm not even sure it is from the USA Aveo. Do you have them in your car?

You can order the pillars (2007-2008) both black and beige from GM Parts Direct, they cost $10.64 - $17.95 USD each.

will these pillars fit the 04 aveo? Also it has the tweeter built in? Or just a hole for the tweeter?
will they also fit in the hatch or does that have a whole diff model?
There is a pillar with speaker mount for the 04-05 Aveo Sedan and hatch. It is actually a bit cheaper than the 07-08 model.

Quick answer. No, it does not come with the tweeter built in, just the built in space for the tweeter. Personal view: The stock tweeters kinda suck anyway. I just ripped mine out, and replaced them with a set of Blaupunkt PC40's (Blaupunkt Components with 4" drivers, and 1" tweeters).Quote:

Whether you are running a stock head, or an aftermarket one, a good set of speakers can make all the difference in the world. That is just my opinion, others may disagree, but I am betting most won't.
