There are many reasons that could cause this:
The REM wire to either amplifier
Signal Carrying wires (RCA, Speaker wires) could be too close to power and ground wires
Bad grounding location for either or both amps
or a problem within your charging system.
There is no simple answer to your situation, but those are a few common causes.

1, what can go wrong with the REM wire ?
2, the power wire and the RCAs crossed, (like an intersection) but i did not run it along .

i just ground it to one of the bolt to each seats , each grounding i did use 80 grit sandpaper to sand it down to bare metal

but , for the power wire for my amp, i steal power from that 4 gauge wire, for some accent lighting,
(is it wrong? the thing pops even if my accent lighting is not on)

yes! hook your power wire to the battery and a fuse block. That's so you wont blow your amp.

Contrary to popular belief, the fuse does not protect the amp. the amps have internal (or side mounted fuses) for amp protection. the power wire from the battery to the amp is for vehicle protection. if something goes wrong inside of the amp, and causes the main fuse to blow ("pop") it opens the circuit so their is no more current flowing through the wire to possibly cause an electrical fire or short elsewhere in the vehicle. but, once that fuse has popped, chances are, damage is already done to the amp

The reason your hearing the pop is prob because you dont have the amp hooked up to the radio. Make sure you hook up the remote wire straight to the radio (if you have an aftermarket radio)
