Putting in a switch on the dash

Hi guys

im wanting to put in some driving lights and thought maybe using the factory blank circle bit of plastic opposite to the warning hazard lights.
Just wondering how I can get this 'blank' of black plastic out ?


any suggestions ?

I just so happened to have bought this tool kit a while back and it has done wonders not only with stereo equipment upgrades but removing panels and all sorts of tabs, and clips without breaking them. maybe take a look at getting one..
