I recommend you check your state laws regarding disabling airbags before spending the money.
Good post, I have seen aveos with aftermarket steering wheels, but I can't find out what hub adapter we need. I would also like to extend the wheel about 3 inches closer to my torso ( like the NASCAR guys ) If u figure it out post it and help out the rest of us
