yeah i had an aluminum and leather one for a while you can get them at autozone or some other places its an "impact shifter" or something of the sort. you just put it on there and fit it over a plastic piece for a tight fit and use little hex screws to hold the shifter handle on it then like ours, it has an aluminum piece that covers the hex screw heads. pretty nifty but dont get a bulky one.

how do you get the stock handle off the shifter. is there any shifter handles from momo that fit. why did you say not to bulkly?

If it dont work just type the bastard in. I cant get pics or urls to work.

you undo the chrome piece and you have to yank it off its just a tight fit stock shifter.

i tried that but it didnt move and then i saw a little allen head set screw

on the front and back on the shaft. anyway i found out why they are

there and when the 6 disc changer was gettin put in my car the guys

razor nkife at the dealership cut my original handle and they put an LT

handle on my car and they dont go down ass far as the ones on the LS

so they put screws in it. the top part of the ls handle is slim or

something. i dont really know but mine has screws and the screws back

out and the handle slips off. any way thanks .
