Upgrading base radio, to stock CD player '06..

Hello all... I'm considering a simple upgrade to the CD player available for my year, an '06..

Will this be plug and play? I see the new stereo has a round connector the base model doesnt have.. will that wire be available in my factory wiring? is it something I'll need?

Never mind, I see its for the CD changer which I dont have, and shouldn't need. Looks plug and play..
